Mr. Young Suk Park heads Shin & Kim’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Group and is one of a handful lawyers in the Korean International Arbitration community to support his highly developed international arbitration practice with a broad and diversified background in non-contentious practice in international transactions. He also served as the General Counsel and an Executive Director of its investment committee, being involved in investments and transactions, encompassing a variety of sectors, such as energy, natural resources, real estate, buy-outs, start-ups and public equity. Young further acted as the statutory auditor for Atinum Investment, a publicly listed venture capital investment subsidiary of Atinum Partners.
