Represents all participants in the health care and health IT industry, including payers, providers, technology companies, PE investors, executives, and others in federal and state government investigations, civil litigation, class actions, arbitrations, and administrative matters. Has served as five-year government-approved Compliance Monitor to a multinational pharmaceutical company. Represents companies in FCPA and antitrust matters. Also represents companies in compliance and government-policy-related matters.

Career

Co-chair, firm’s Global Litigation Department and firm’s Health Care Industry Team. Former member, firm’s Partners Committee. Served as a senior political appointee in the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division (2001–2003) and in the Associate Attorney General’s Office (2003).
