Represents residential, retail, and commercial developers in land use matters, including those under the California Environmental Quality Act. Practice encompasses every facet of the entitlement process, from due diligence to permitting. Successfully defended CEQA lawsuits for a number of major development projects. Also represents private entities in connection with securing water supplies for new projects.
