Godofsky has a multidisciplinary practice integrating his experience as an actuary and consultant into his legal practice. His engagements include litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance involving employee benefits and actuarial science. He is currently defending three of the twelve actuarial equivalence class actions that have been filed against pension plans in the latest wave of ERISA litigation, and he is defending three actuarial malpractice cases. He also has an active practice defending actuaries under investigation by the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline.
