Wayne Bradley is a corporate partner with a national and international practice focused on advising public and private companies in connection with a variety of strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, as well as other transactional matters. He also works with clients on financing transactions, distress, a variety of commercial contracts, and general corporate matters, and he often serves as a trusted counsel, leading teams to solve difficult problems.
Wayne assists clients in a broad array of industries, including paper and corrugated, poultry, aviation and aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, apparel, B2B services, distribution, technology, and automotive, among others. He has extensive experience representing companies that are based outside the U.S. in connection with their U.S. operations and transactions, as well as founder- and family-owned companies. Wayne also has deep experience representing clients in connection with transactions that span multiple jurisdictions around the globe. In addition, Wayne often works with private equity groups and other financial investors, representing them in buying and selling portfolio companies, or negotiating with private equity groups on behalf of other clients.
