Career

Vítor Pereira das Neves joined the firm in September 2020, as a partner.

He is member of the corporate, M&A and capital markets team. He joined PLMJ since the beginning of his professional activity as a trainee lawyer in 1996, having left that firm, as a partner, in January 2008. He was then one of the founders of AAA Advogados, having remained as a partner of AAA Advogados until August 2020.

A large part of his professional activity focuses on the energy, infrastructure, real estate and banking law sectors, having provided legal advice in several M&A and capital markets transactions, in the structuring and implementation of major projects, in the arrangement and contracting of the associated financing operations and in providing advice on regulatory issues, with special emphasis on the area of renewable energies.
