Joined the firm in 2003 and became partner in 2017. Experienced in corporate and commercial, M&A, Energy and Infrastructure transactions. Advisor in several mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies in various sectors. Most of her work has been developed in the Energy and Infrastructure sector, assisting utilities, sponsors, lenders and contractors regularly in infrastructure projects (especially in the renewable sector) and all relevant stakeholders in energy regulation. Winner of the Iberian Lawyer “40 under Forty Awards” and of the IFLR “Europe Rising Stars Awards”, both in 2019. In 2022, she was also distinguished, by the Iberian Lawyer Energy Awards, as Lawyer of the Year in the Infrastructure practice area.
