Joined the firm in 1994, became a Partner in 2005. Heads the corporate department. Involved with important M&A transactions in the energy sector and infrastructures, capital markets takeovers and private equity deals. He has also been involved in major privatisations deals involving several companies.

Author and co-author of articles in specialised publications in his areas of expertise.
