Uta has experience across a range of industries, including automotive, pharma and tech, and has a successful track record in the strategic management of cross-border challenges of dealing with multiple authorities. She has also represented clients in major cartel investigations undertaken by the European Commission and Germany’s Federal Cartel Office, as well as related litigation and has broad experience in conducting antitrust compliance audits on a national and international level.
