Career
Ugo Molinari practised law at Avv. Prof Mario Casella e Associati, working with Prof Mario Casella and acquiring extensive experience in corporate and commercial law with regard to both non-contentious matters (acquisitions and corporate restructuring) and litigation as well as national and international arbitration. A partner first with Lombardi e Associati (1997) and then with Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati (2001), from January 2004 he was co-managing partner of Lombardi Molinari e Associati, renamed Lombardi Molinari Segni in 2014.
