Daniela Runggaldier

Daniela regularly assists insurance carriers, banks, financial intermediaries, private equity funds and other Italian and foreign regulated entities.

She has gained specific and in-depth experience in national and crossborder M&A transactions and other extraordinary transactions, the reform of corporate governance, remuneration policies and audits (following changes in the corporate bodies or upon request of the competent regulators), compliance issues, authorization, inspection and sanctioning proceedings before the European Central Bank, the Bank of Italy and the Insurance Supervisory Authority (IVASS), as well as bancassurance and outsourcing agreements.

Daniela has also advised banks and other regulated entities on capital and organizational restructuring processes resulting from the implementation of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Banking Recovery and Resolution Directive.

Daniela regularly gives lectures and seminars in insurance law.

Daniela Runggaldier, born in 1978, graduated with full marks from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and started her professional career at the law firm of Prof. Annunziata.

After practicing for over seven years in the Banking and Insurance Regulatory team at BonelliErede. From 2017 to 2021 she was Of Counsel at Molinari e Associati.

As from January 2022 she is senior counsel at Molinari Agostinelli.
