The team, headed by Ugo Molinari and composed of partners Alessandro Fontana and Maria Milano, supported by associate Fabrizio Ragazzini, advised more than 20 banks on the wide restructuring of the financial indebtedness of Trevi Finanziaria, parent company of Trevi Group, listed on the Italian stock Exchange since July 1999; the transaction entailed inter alia  a €150 mln capital increase by the above banks and the shareholders of the Group (FSI Investimenti S.p.A. and Polaris Capital Management, LLC), the recapitalization of the Issuer, the restructuring of the debts of the Group according to some restructuring agreements pursuant to art.182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law, the provision by the banks of new credit lines and the disposal of the Oil & Gas Division.
