The team advised UBI Banca on the sale of 7 properties in Milan, worth over € 300 million, to funds managed by COIMA Sgr and on the acquisition from an international investor of all the units of the real estate fund "Porta Nuova Gioia", owner of the property located in via Melchiorre Gioia 22, which is intended to become the bank's new headquarters.
UBI Banca was also lender to the funds which bought the real estate portfolios.
The team was composed as follows: partners Ugo Molinari and Maria Milano advised on the acquisition of the shares of the Porta Nuova Gioia Real Estate Fund; partners Alessandro de Botton and Beatrice Neri advised on the real estate transaction, supported by the associate Giuliano Decorato and trainee Elisa Nadia També; all aspects related to financing were handled by partner Alessandro Fontana, assisted by senior associate Giacomo Colombo and trainee Francesco Manghisi.
