Recent work from 2022 includes:

Banco Desio on the sale of its merchant acquiring business for €100 million to Worldline Merchant Services Italia, a subsidiary of the French group Worldline.

Coima SGR on the sale of the entire corporate capital of a company owning certain real estate assets including Hotel Excelsior located in Venice.

Compass Banca on the acquisition of 19.5% of the Swiss company HeidiPay and 100% of the Italian company Soisy, both companies specialised in the development of digital platforms to support BNPL in e-commerce.

DeA Capital Alternative Funds on the partnership agreement with Costa Edutainment Group for the acquisition by IDeA CCR of a 10% stake in Costa Edutainment Group.

Itaca Equity Holding on the acquisition of a qualified minority stake in the newly incorporated company which will control Landi Renzo, listed in the STAR segment of the Italian electronic share market (MTA).
