Nicolo' Juvara is head of the insurance and financial services practices at Molinari Agostinelli.
His practice also covers domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, real estate and outsourcing. He has extensive experience in advising on regulatory matters involving insurers, banks and financial institutions. He also advised real estate players and pharmaceutical companies on transactional matters.
In the area of insurance and re-insurance, Nicolò regularly advises Italian and non-Italian insurers and intermediaries on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, including M&A, bancassurance and distribution, outsourcing, and services projects.
Career
He started his career at Avv. Prof. Mario Casella e Associati. He joined Norton Rose Fulbright, as a partner, in 2002, where he was also appointed head of the corporate practice in 2010 and managing partner of the Milan office in 2013.
As from 2017 he is equity partner at Molinari Agostinelli (formerly Molinari e Associati).
