Udi Efron is Co-Vice Chairman and Head of Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Dept.

Udi is one of Israel’s leading capital markets attorneys. His diverse experience is rich with public offerings, capital raising and some of the most significant mergers in the Israeli market, valued at billions of shekels. In parallel, Udi represents some of the top and most prominent companies in Israel in ongoing support as well as extraordinary matters relating to securities law. He is extremely proficient at supporting, handling and managing any securities business process in Israel’s capital market, however sensitive or complex.

Udi has a clear and unique expertise in capital markets activities, accumulated, in part, during his tenure as a team leader in the legal department of the Israel Securities Authority. Likewise, he has years of experience and a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the management of all litigation procedures involving the capital markets. Udi is also engaged in commercial representation of companies and individuals in private and public business transactions, as well as representation of trustees and other court appointed officers.

In addition to his work at the Firm, Udi occasionally lectures on the subjects of corporate law and capital markets in various academic institutions and professional forums.
