Itzhak Narkiss, the managing partner at M. Firon & Co., heads the real estate practice. Additionally, he is responsible for supervising the operations of Firon Bar-Nir Firm (Europe).

With over three decades of experience, Itzhak is one of Israel’s top real estate attorneys. Over the years, he has provided legal advice on real estate projects, planning and zoning procedures, valued at many billions of shekels. He serves as legal counsel for prominent construction companies with large-scale real estate activity in Israel and in Europe.

Itzhak specializes in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, property development, real estate taxation, as well as planning and zoning. He is vastly experienced in managing residential and commercial projects of all types all over Israel, representing every kind of stakeholder in such projects. In the framework of his role as supervisor of the Firon Bar-Nir Firm (Europe) operations, Itzhak has handled numerous foreign real estate projects over the years. His list of clients includes some of Israel’s largest private and publicly traded companies, including real estate development companies, construction companies, insurance companies and medical centers, as well as foreign real estate companies operating in Europe.
