Tamar Firon-Smorodinsky

Tamar Firon-Smorodinsky is a managing partner and heads the real estate, infrastructure, and project finance department. Tamar is one of Israel's most prominent and highly regarded lawyers in the fields of infrastructure and project finance and has pioneered the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) sector.

Tamar has extensive experience in supporting complex projects in the infrastructure sector and has broken new ground in the field in Israel. This experience includes PPP, BOT and PFI projects, megaprojects in the construction sector, and project finance agreements as well as a unique experience in projects such as light railways, underground railways, highways and toll roads, energy, government buildings, courts, ports, and more.
