Shlomo Nass

Shlomo has over 35 years of experience in legal and business consulting in all aspects of companies' management, investment banking, economics, corporate law and commercial law. Shlomo is a renowned expert in structuring, consulting and accompaniment of creditor and debt settlements as well as in serving as a trustee and in management of companies in difficulty, receivership, liquidation or under stay of proceedings.

Shlomo has been nicknamed “The National Rehabilitator” after having presided as a trustee and special administrator in the largest cases of the Israeli economy, including the Coop Israel, Clubmarket, Burger-Ranch, Ma’ariv, Agrexco Agricultural Export Ltd., Arie and Ofer Group, Zika Industries, Feuchtwanger Investments, Hayal Investments and Properties (Summit Real Estate Holdings), and others.

Shlomo provides legal-financial consulting and accompaniment related to investments, business acquisitions and development programs, capital raising in Israel and abroad, as well as matters related to corporate governance, credit exposures and risks as well as legal and financial risks. In addition, he advises and accompanies his clients on matters of government and public tenders (infrastructures, electricity, energy, communications and media, banking and finance, etc).

In 2021, Shlomo was appointed by the former Minister of Economy and Industry, Eli Cohen, as Head of the Consulting Forum (‘the Nass Forum’) to the Ministry of Economy and Industry to formulate a financial plan for market development and contending with the implications of the Covid 19 crisis.

Shlomo lectures at the Tel Aviv University, at Lahav Executive Education, at the Law Faculty and at the School of Business Administration of Bar Ilan University and at other academic institutions on various subjects. He even acts as academic leader and lecturer for Directors Training Courses at the Office of the Prime Minister and at the Ministry of Finance.
