Eran Presenti is a partner at M. Firon & Co., heading the intellectual property department.

Eran has nearly two decades of rich experience at the forefront of intellectual property in Israel and abroad. Over the years, he has represented some of the country’s top enterprises in intricate legal matters and has managed a broad portfolio of intellectual property assets, both locally and around the world.

Eran specializes in all facets of modern intellectual property law, including copyrights, patents, trademarks and designs, as well as in complementary aspects such as computer law and defamation. Likewise, he is an expert at managing intellectual property disputes, having won many precedential rulings by Israeli courts over the years.

Furthermore, Eran has vast experience in intellectual property commercialization, including sales and acquisition of rights, distribution licenses and more.
