Ty’Meka serves her clients by identifying, developing, and negotiating innovative and pragmatic solutions to environmental risks in connection with a variety of complex corporate transactions, including transactions involving energy and infrastructure companies and assets. In the transactional context, she combines her broad environmental regulatory and corporate and securities background, with her expertise in a wide range of environmental topics, including contaminated property issues, renewable energy, water quality and water rights, air, and waste issues. She also counsels clients on environmental crisis response and management strategies.
