Ty’Meka serves her clients by providing innovative and pragmatic solutions to environmental risks in connection with a variety of complex M&A, capital markets, financing, and real estate transactions. She has negotiated hundreds of transactions in a variety of industries, including energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, and waste transportation and disposal. Ty’Meka also has extensive experience advising clients on environmental aspects of initial public offerings, drafting risk disclosures for SEC filings, and the purchase, sale and development of commercial real property. Ty’Meka draws on her broad corporate and securities and environmental regulatory background, including experience in a wide range of environmental topics such as renewable energy, water quality and water rights, and contaminated property and waste issues, to provide practical advice to clients in the transactional context and also counsels clients on enforcement matters and environmental crisis response and management strategies.
