Robert Houck is the Head of Americas Litigation & Dispute Resolution. He represents clients in cross-border investigations and complex commercial litigation, including class actions.

He has extensive experience representing companies, underwriters, corporate officers, and outside directors in class actions brought under the Commodity Exchange Act, the U.S. and state antitrust laws, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
