David recent representations include the restructurings of F45 (Company; health club business); Vice Media (lenders; media company), Lycra (Noteholders, manufacturer), Accelerate Diagnostics (convertible Noteholders; medical diagnostics), Arsenal Health (DIP Lender; captive insurance manager) and the Mexican restructuring of Altan Redes (Nokia; telecom company). He also regularly represents several major debt funds in connection with their distressed investments and workouts, including Oaktree, Fortress, Indaba, and HPS.
