Trevor Lavelle is an Energy & Infrastructure partner in Clifford Chance’s Houston office. His clients include companies and financial institutions across public and private financing transactions including secured and unsecured high yield debt offerings, IPOs, exchange and tender offers, other liability management transactions, bridge and loan commitments, and restructurings. Trevor also advises on general securities law compliance, corporate governance, stock exchange rules and other public company matters.
