I am a business-oriented lawyer with extensive industry knowledge of ICT and various commercial arrangements. I am a Partner in our firm’s Data & Technology practice.
I regularly advise domestic and international companies on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious technology and outsourcing related matters, including the procurement and delivery of ICT solutions, cloud, as-a-service offerings, licensing and R&D. I have also served as an advisor in several technology-driven M&A transactions and capital investments.
Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I was a Partner at another Finnish law firm. Prior to that, I served as the Lead Counsel for a business division at a leading Nordic ICT corporation, where I was responsible for its legal matters. My in-house background has instilled a results-first approach into my work.
