I specialise in mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. I have advised clients in several domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, including extensive real estate portfolio and real estate fund projects as well as sale and leaseback arrangements. Besides handling real estate transactions, I regularly assist our clients in various types of M&A transactions. Additionally, I have experience in capital market transactions.
In addition to my studies at the University of Helsinki, I have studied law in Germany at the University of Freiburg.
