I have been the lead counsel in numerous domestic and cross-border financing transactions of all types and have been responsible for negotiating and preparing documentation in several such arrangements. I am a well-recognised lecturer on financial topics in Finland and have also written several books and articles on this area. In addition to a Master of Laws degree, I have also received a Licentiate in Laws degree, which is the second highest legal degree in Finland.
