Practice Areas

I am the co-head of our Dispute Resolution service. I represent corporations across various business sectors in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings governed by Finnish and international arbitration rules as well as in domestic and cross-border litigation cases.

I have advised clients in a large number of complex business disputes relating to, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, energy, financing, construction and engineering, IT and telecommunications, product liability, sale of goods and distribution and agency.

I am frequently appointed as an arbitrator both by parties and by arbitration institutes such as the FAI and the SCC. In addition, I serve as the secretary of the Finnish Arbitration Association.

I also advise clients on general corporate law, corporate governance, directors' liability issues and squeeze-out proceedings.
