I have over 20 years of experience in advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of real property matters, including portfolio and single asset acquisitions and divestments, sale and leaseback arrangements, forward purchases, property development and lease negotiations, and construction law issues.
During my career, I have been involved in a number of large-scale and complex real estate transactions and development projects. I have represented international, Nordic and Finnish real estate funds, public and private companies, as well as institutional investors. I also have extensive experience in joint ventures, corporate structuring, real estate finance, and general contract and corporate law.
