Toni Weinstein is a seasoned securities lawyer who is recognized for advising some of the country's leading publicly-traded real estate operating companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and in representing their boards and board committees, and is Chair of the Corporate, Tax and Private Client practice group and is a member of the Dentons US and Global Boards. Her private clients benefit from her experience in advising in acquisitions and joint venture, fund formation and other financing transactions.
