Tania Moyron

Tania M. Moyron is the Chair of Dentons' US Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group. She is nationally recognized for restructuring financially distressed, non-profit healthcare entities, including representing Verity Health System of California and its affiliates in the second largest nonprofit hospital bankruptcy in American history. Tania also represents companies in all other industries—retail, entertainment, trucking, real estate, and restaurant franchise—in out-of-court workouts and formal insolvency proceedings. She also has significant experience representing committees of unsecured creditors and equity holders, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, investors and asset-purchasers in restructuring transactions. Tania served as a judicial and appellate law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, Former Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California and Former Member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. She also has litigation experience in state and federal courts and appellate experience before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
