Mengci Shao

Mengci Shao, a member of Dentons Immigration Practice Group and of the Employment and Labor Practice Group, focuses on business immigration for corporate clients and businesses in the US and worldwide. She helps employers plan and implement global transfers, secures appropriate work permits, provides pre- and post-transfer counseling to help ensure the proper drafting and execution of employment contract, and advises employers on staffing strategies, personnel policies, corporate compliance and best practices. Mengci advises investors and entrepreneurs on immigration strategies, trains human resources and legal staff, conducts audits of compliance and defends employers in government enforcement actions.

She is licensed to practice in California. Prior to joining Dentons, she practiced immigration law at a boutique immigration law firm and a leading international law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
