Practice Areas

Tom specialises in intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on technically complex patent cases in the fields of pharmaceuticals, telecoms and electronics. Tom also has particular experience in FRAND matters, appearing in all of the FRAND trials to take place in the UK to date.
