James specialises in intellectual property (including patents, EPO oppositions, confidential information, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, database rights, trade marks and passing off). He also deals with IT, computer contract, complex engineering, electronics and software disputes. He has expertise in interim injunctions including search orders, freezing orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders, disk imaging orders and delivery up of source code. He is a chartered engineer with substantial experience of electronics, optical communications and commercial research.
