Barrister (KC) practising in all areas of intellectual property law. He regularly appears in the High Court, Court of Appeal and at the EPO. He has also been involved in cases both before the UK Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the EU. He has also appeared at the EU Community Plant Variety Office. Originally a solicitor and partner of IP specialist firm, Bristows, he has practised at the bar since 2004 and became a Queen’s Counsel in 2014.
