Tim Hayes

Tim provides a wide range of employment advice, from settlement agreements and workplace disputes to employment contracts, unfair dismissal and litigation through the Employment Tribunals.

He has considerable immigration experience, having previously worked as a Presenting Officer with the UK Border Agency, helping the UK Government to defend immigration, asylum, deportation and bail decisions made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department. Given this background, Tim deals with all aspects of both business and personal immigration, ranging from advising companies on the immigration aspects of employment such as applying for sponsor licences, preventing illegal working, helping companies recruit overseas personnel, overseeing entry clearance applications and helping clients on compliance visits. Tim also prepares training sessions for clients on immigration matters.
