Throughout Oliver’s career, he has worked on numerous transactions, but developed a niche in the travel / leisure sector, in which he has advised on over 40 deals. He also has extensive sector experience in marine and transport / logistics, financial services, technology, digital infrastructure and electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. He also has expertise in other types of investments and fundraising, cross border transactions, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, demergers, shareholder agreements and issues relating to company constitutions.
