She advises on private corporate acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and employee share options along with general private company advice.

She also advises on banking and finance matters including advice on facility agreements and security documents for borrowers and represents a number of banks for which Broadfield UK (formerly BDB Pitmans) are on the panel.

Stephanie has particular expertise in the automotive and technology sectors.

Acted for Roc Technologies in the acquisition of Esteem Systems, bringing together 350 employees and projected 2019 revenues of £80 million

Acted for Ridgeway Group as it was purchased by Marshall Motor Holdings PLC (MMH), one of the UK’s leading automotive retail and leasing groups. The deal, the fourth largest of its kind in the UK ever, makes MMH the seventh largest car dealership with a £2.2 billion turnover
