Chris advises on all aspects of planning law, acting for housing developers to negotiate section 106 agreements for residential and mixed used schemes, affordable housing provision and pre-acquisition planning due diligence. He also advises on a wide range of infrastructure agreements, highway matters and advises on Community Infrastructure Levy and Asset of Community Value issues.

Chris also has experience in the High Court and Court of Appeal dealing with judicial review proceedings and high court appeals.
