Jacqueline is an Associate in the Litigation Department, having qualified in 2009.

She advises on a wide range of disputes including contractual disputes, debt recovery and property litigation claims. She also has a proven history of dealing with all aspects of insurance including employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic claims.

Advising on a million pound claim involving an assault in a prison environment, resulting in the matter being discontinued.

Instructed by insurers to consider the complex contractural agreements between various parties following a life-changing injury.
