He has expertise in cases involving punitive damages, class actions, product liability, arbitration, intellectual property, antitrust, securities, employment, and constitutional challenges to federal and state statutes and regulations. Tom has succeeded in overturning many multimillion-dollar jury verdicts and striking down regulations.
