Ilissa Samplin

Ilissa Samplin serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Media, Entertainment & Technology and Trade Secrets Practice Groups. Ilissa is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, entertainment and technology disputes, and intellectual property litigation and counseling. She has represented corporate and individual clients in the media, entertainment, and technology industries in a wide range of litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration, including breach of contract, unfair competition, copyright, trade secret, trademark, and profit participation matters. She also regularly advises clients on intellectual property compliance, as well as entertainment clients on profit participation and related accounting practices.
