Rachel Brass

Rachel’s practice covers domestic and international competition matters, class actions and appeals. A co-chair of the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice Group, she is an accomplished trial lawyer who has also lead the defense of international cartel matters, mergers and acquisitions, grand jury investigations and other global antitrust investigations and litigation. She represents clients across industries, including technology, auto parts, franchising, package delivery, transportation and logistics, medical, agriculture, and retail. She has unparalleled experience in labor market matters.
