Thatiane is a senior associate with solid experience in employment consultancy and litigation, with a focus on executive compensation, compliance, and immigration matters in Brazil.

She represents companies ranging from mid-to Fortune 100-sized on every step of labour relations, from hiring to termination procedures, union negotiations and structuring short and long-term incentive plans for ensuring compliance with legislation and mitigating the risks of exposure. Her experience includes almost 300 M&A transactions, where she provided assessments on employment-related risks. As a litigator, she represents companies in strategic labour and employment lawsuits, Public Civil Actions (ACP), Terms of Agreement (TAC), labour infraction notices and administrative proceedings involving labour authorities, especially if there is high financial exposure and business or reputational risks. Thatiane has strong experience in complex compliance investigations, having participated in more than 350 cases with allegations of harassment and violation of employment legislation.
