With more than 8 years of experience in aviation law, Marcelle has been working with contractual and regulatory matters related to aircraft, aviation assets and airports. She has experience with contracts related to commercial and executive aviation, in national and international transactions. She also works with regulatory analysis of aircraft operations, as well as structuring and adequacy of operations involving remotely piloted aircraft (drones). As a specialist in aviation, she has vast expertise in aircraft finance deals, purchase and sales and aircraft lease agreements, as well as in the regulatory aspects of the industry. Marcelle also has extensive knowledge and works on project development and related transactions for all infrastructure sectors.
