She advises clients on derivative transactions, such as interest rate and commodity swaps, caps, options, and other hedging arrangements.
Partnering with business executives and their teams to manage complex transactions under tight deadlines, Tammy excels at driving efficiency, coordinating professionals, and delivering practical guidance. Her skilled approach helps such clients overcome legal and commercial challenges and meet their objectives on schedule.
Tammy has served as the firm’s Houston office managing partner since 2018. She also serves as an ex officio member of Hunton’s Executive Committee and a member of the firm’s Opinion Committee.
