Suharsh Sinha has 11 years of experience and specialises in Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance. He represents resolution professionals, borrowers, institutional creditors, asset reconstruction companies, acquirers of distressed debt, and creditor committees on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including interim finance, corporate insolvency resolution processes, liquidation proceedings, takeovers, and related litigation. Suharsh plays an active role in public policy discussions on insolvency and has written on restructuring–related issues for various publications. Suharsh holds a Masters in Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, as well as an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton Business School.
