With over 16 years of experience, Varoon Chandra heads the Capital Markets practice. Varoon has extensive experience in international and domestic capital market transactions, including issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds and global depository receipts, Indian initial public offers, rights issues, and qualified institutions placements. He also advises on securities regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

• ICICI Bank Limited on its Qualified Institutions Placement of approximately USD 2 billion
