Darshika represents leading international and domestic corporate clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, infrastructure, renewables, financial services, and chemicals. She also advises marquee private equity clients, sovereign funds, and financial institutions on various legal and regulatory matters.

• KKR on its (i) acquisition and divestment of a majority holding in Alliance Tire Group to Yokohama Rubber Company; and (ii) its investment in and subsequent sale of the entire stake in HDFC

• Advent International on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited

• TPG Capital on its acquisition and subsequent sale of Vishal Mega Mart

• TATA Group on its (i) establishment and operation of consumer electronics and domestic appliance stores under the brand name ‘Croma’ (ii) transfer of Tata Chemicals' ‘Consumer Products Business’ into Tata Global Beverages Limited by way of a demerger; and (iii) divestment by Tata Chemicals of its urea business to Yara Fertilizers India, a subsidiary of Yara International
