Aarthi Sivanandh

Aarthi’s practice focuses on the full spectrum of corporate laws and transactional matters: mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity and foreign collaborations. She has extensive experience in working in the India region for domestic and foreign investors, having acted for bidders, target companies, sellers and advisors in such transactions. Her expertise is also called for in board-led internal investigations and advisory on corporate governance. She also leads the pro bono practice of the firm.

Aarthi is an equity partner at JSA from 2014 until the present. In 2010, a firm she co-founded merged its practice with JSA, prior to which she was in the USA practising as a foreign legal consultant focussing on corporate and transaction advisory work the US-India business corridor.
